- Preheat oven 200C
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper
- Add a small amount of boiling water to ActiDiet Tikka Style Curry and mix until you get a paste
- Leave to stand for 10 mins
- Using wet hands (to avoid sticking) shape in to small frittas
- Bake in the oven for 10 mins
