Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing slight delays with our delivery service, owing to the extra pressures on our couriers.
Our standard delivery service is next working day and we endeavour to get your orders to you as quick as we can. Normal service will resume as soon as possible.

Look out for emails you will receive from us informing you of when your order is due to be delivered to you, it will include tracking information for your order. Please check your junk folder as sometimes they will appear in there.
All orders received before 1pm will be processed the same day and delivered usually the next working day. Normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm orders can only be handled within these hours. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays and Christmas week.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.75, but £9.95 for Scottish Highlands and islands.
Optionally, orders can be delivered on Saturdays for £6.50 – your order must be placed by 12noon on Friday or your order will be held & sent for the following Saturday.
We currently only deliver to UK mainland addresses. Here’s some fantastic news! You can now get your hands on our products if you live outside of the UK mainland! There are “virtual address” services that enable you to get our products overseas. UK Postbox’s Shop & Ship service gives you a free address in the UK to receive parcels to, and when they receive your products, they’ll then forward to you. Simply, signup to a free pay-as-you-go Shop and Ship account and use the address they give you when you place your orders with us.
UK Postbox is a separate company to Actidiet, all information regarding their prices and services is available via their website.
We will refund all un-opened items purchased directly from us provided they are received within 2 weeks of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any documentation relating to your order.
RETURNS OF USED ITEMS ARE ASSESSED INDIVIDUALLY BASED UPON MERIT & SHOULD BE RETURNED WITH ALL DOCUMENTATION RELATING TO YOUR ORDER PLUS ANY SUPPORTING INFORMATION THAT YOU WISH TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN EVALUATING THE POSSIBILITY OF REFUND.
The item & it’s condition is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
