Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and(b) you are at least 18 years old;(c) you are resident in the EU(d) you have completed the medical check during the registration process and are aware of the program you are eligible for;(e) you are buying the product(s) for yourself;(f) you acknowledge that you should seek medical advice before starting any weight loss program; (g) you are aware that you should not use the Product(s) if you are over the age of 71, underweight, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical condition which affects your dietary requirements.
HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. It is your responsibility to provide a correct e-mail address & to check you spam for communication from us.
The Contract will relate only to those Products we have confirmed in the e-mail. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products.
We will send to you a further email when the Products have been dispatched to you along with details to enable you to track your order or arrange delivery to a neighbour.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
We aim to give you next working day delivery if you live in Mainland UK ( or 2 working days delivery for; Islands, highlands & NI) and place your order before 12.am on a working day (Monday to Friday). However we are not responsible for any delivery problems / delays / weather conditions that the courier may encounter which result in a delay in delivery. Therefore we are not always able to guarantee next working day delivery, but we will deliver your parcel to you within a reasonable period of time.
You must ensure that you provide a valid delivery address at the time of placing an order. If your order is unable to be delivered we will refund the price of goods purchased minus an administration & return delivery fee of £10
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in progress.
Payment for all Products must be via credit or debit card. We will not dispatch your order until payment has been received in full.
OUR REFUNDS POLICY
We are governed by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (“the Regulations”). The statutory rights of cancellation under the Regulations do not apply to certain products such as food and personalised items. As the Products we are selling are perishable food items, the Regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods do not apply.
We warrant to you that any Products purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.

In order for your exchange to be successful you must perform all of the following steps:
- Print a copy of the invoice you received with your order for the sachets you are now exchanging.
If you cannot find your invoice please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can send you another copy. Your invoice must not be more than 2 months old on the date that you make the exchange order.
- The copy invoice must be packed with the Sachets you return to us.
- The delivery Address and Name to which your new sachets will be sent must match that on the invoice you are sending us with your return sachets.
- All sachets to be returned should be sorted into groups of a particular flavour.
- All sachets returned should be returned in unused condition, packed carefully in a cardboard box and received by us no later than 2 weeks after your exchange order is placed.

- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the terms above. Any items that are returned damaged or without an identifying invoice will be destroyed.
Your exchanged items will only be sent within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“the Force Majeure Event”).
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales....
Friends Discounts - Terms and Conditions
Discount points are only valid for friends living at a separate address with a different postcode.
Discount points are re-set to zero on the first of every calendar month.

Welcome to ActiDiet Loyalty Club. We are a subscription service that provides our members with access to ActiDiet products at discounted prices.
We authorize your £4.95 joining Payment as you register. With this you will gain immediate access to your ActiDiet Loyalty Club membership and associated discounts. We will begin billing your Payment Method for monthly membership fees on the 1st of each calendar month that follows unless you cancel prior. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise you will not be able to access ActiDiet Loyalty Club discounted prices.
Your ActiDiet Loyalty Club membership will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment. We will bill the monthly membership fee to your Payment Method. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method.
By starting your ActiDiet Loyalty Club membership, you authorize us to charge you a monthly membership fee of £4.95.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take two working days to process. Thereafter no further renewal payments will be taken and the Membership will be terminated. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, go to the "Your Account" link at the top of any ActiDiet web page (www.actidiet.co.uk) and follow the instructions for cancellation.
The ActiDiet Loyalty Club and any product purchased through our service, are for your personal and non-commercial use only.
The availability of ActiDiet products will change from time to time. iii. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service, without compensation or notice if you are, or if we suspect that you are
engaged in illegal or improper use of the service.
Passwords & Account Access
The Account Owner has access and control over the account. The Account Owner's control is exercised through use of the Account Owner's password and therefore to maintain exclusive control, the Account Owner should not reveal the password to anyone.
You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information. Providing your information in response to these types of communications can result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by going directly to the ActiDiet website and not through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it looks official. ActiDiet reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the member in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. ActiDiet is not obligated to credit or discount a membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of ActiDiet or by the automated processes of ActiDiet.
