What is it?

A perfect plan for those who want to change the way they look without really changing their lifestyle. On this plan you simply go about your normal day, just replacing 2 of your usual meals with ActiDiet meals + 2.5 - 3 litres of water per day.


A typical day would involve: Breakfast, Lunch an Afternoon snack and Dinner. You choose which ones to replace.

Due to the low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat composition of our sachets, most people will substantially reduce their daily calorie intake in replacing just two meals and therefore will lose weight without really making any significant lifestyle changes. All of our meals contain 25% of your RDA in Vitamins and Minerals, and due to their high protein content, they keep you feeling fuller for longer too.

How do I do it?
